Solving the problem
After analyzing my previous opportunity regarding medical
marijuana dispensaries, I aim to provide a service to patients where they can
order their products through an app and schedule a delivery time. The inventory
would include a plethora of THC and CBD products/doses for each patient’s preferences
(tea, cookies, gum, honey, etc.). In order to make the most profit, there
wouldn’t be a physical store, and employees would even receive tips for
deliveries.
Hey Kristen, if there was a system that was similar to an uber eats or something in that nature it may be able to be pulled off. I think that it would be hard to bring to fruition. There should be a way that the hospitals would be involved to make sure there are the clients that are in need can get the delivery service. This is a good idea though!
ReplyDeleteHey Kristen, I do like your idea for the delivery of marijuana but I believe you should have some type of incentive for your employees since they do not receive tips. Incentives motivate employees to go harder for their company and is a win win for both sides.
